On September 28, I hit 60% of my weight goal. Yippee!!!
I changed all these milestone type posts to have the tag “change diet personal”, rather than “change diet”. This is because they really aren’t related to the diet specifics; they’re just notes that I’m still moving along.
Also, I’m rounding these all down to the nearest integer percentage. That way, when I say I hit 60%, it means I actually crossed that line, not just got close to it.
