Exercise

Exercise is such a wonderful thing. It’s good for us, healthy, and makes us stronger.

So why do I despise doing it so much?

Mainly, I’m lazy. This may or may not be true of you, but if you’re overweight like I am, rest assured that exercise will help.

A minute of calisthenics burns about 7 calories for a 200+ pound guy like me. Three minutes equals two cents that get added back into my allotment for the day.

In other words, exercising more means you can eat more. Now THAT’S a noble thought!
