The first post in this series about dieting is: Losing Weight Via the Change Diet
My wife asked me about my saying “I eat whatever I want to; I just eat less of it.” She thought it would be easy to gloss over things and eat too much.
So, I should clarify: what I mean is that no foods are excluded from the Change Diet. It means there are no forbidden foods. For example, nutritionists will tell you (loudly) that we shouldn’t eat junk food, or food with empty calories. No chips and dip, no candy bars, etc. The Change Diet doesn’t have any rules about what you shouldn’t eat.
It also doesn’t have any rules about what you have to eat, either. All grapefruit? Nope. Many salads? Nope. You get the idea. Eat whatever you want to eat. Just eat less of it.
