Dieting One-Liners

This page is a collection of dieting tips. My only rule is that they have to fit on one line. However, I’m a bit loose on the actual definition of “one line”. It’s more one thought or idea per entry.

  • Put your utensils down between bites.

    This allows your body more time for the full signal to build up.
  • When eating cold cereal and milk, pour the milk first, and don’t refill it.

    Only so much cereal can be eaten with a fixed amount of milk before the milk dries up. This puts a cap on the total amount of cereal eaten.
  • Along with the previous entry, measure out the milk poured once. Then, always pour to that line.
